Heidi led the People/HR team through an in-depth employer branding exercise to uncover the concepts and proofs that attract and retain top employees. Then Heidi’s marcoms team developed messaging, multiple web pages and custom, role-specific landing pages to drive hard-to-find candidates to apply.

To drive home an authentic, personalized message, we featured employee interviews in our content and organized professional photography to highlight a major diversity advantage — people from more than 50 countries of origin.
