Flipping the script on sales objections

The biggest objection to using Liveops agents — virtual agents who work from home — was the concern that these people were unknown and therefore unreliable. Meanwhile, traditional call centers claimed their people were known quantities and therefore higher quality.

We flipped the script by showcasing experienced, professional, warm and capable virtual agents (compared to a revolving door of anonymous call center agents). To ensure the most authentic, unscripted voice, we created the narrative and editing script in post.

A website overhaul drives differentiation

The website had to address dual audiences — enterprise buyers and prospective agents. The new website unified this message, demonstrating the quality of virtual agents by highlighting the real people answering Liveops calls.

Website content included in-depth features of real agents, categorized by agent types and lifestyles, and custom photography to highlight their diversity and genuine personalities.
